Clarify whether subagents read the user-scoped `~/.claude/CLAUDE.md` file

Question

The [docs](https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/claude-code/sub-agents) aren't clear about this.

There's a related issue in which a user believes that `CLAUDE.md` file is read, but that is just a hunch.

Since CC is closed-source, it's impossible to know what's going on.

So please clarify this in the docs for Subagents!
