[Bug] Image references removed during JIRA description edits cause permanent screenshot loss

Bug Description
By editing the JIRA description and removing the image reference to the attachment, JIRA removed the screenshots and now they are lost. Claude should understand this limitation and not remove the references when editing or asking to save them locally first
