[BUG] version 2.1.191 Claude code on macos traverses file structures and re-asks for permissions that were granted previously. This includes folders where users have told Claude not to traverse.

What's Wrong?

Claude code on macos traverses file structures and re-asks for permissions that were granted previously. This includes folders where users have told Claude not to traverse

What Should Happen?

Claude code should retain local folder permissions after update. After an update, Claude code should respect boundaries for the file structure and not guess.
