Why this is a false positive

The text:

This block fires on legitimate authorized administration of the user's own infrastructure. The flagged action — reaching a container's shared state via a remote shell on the virtualization host — is a normal, in-scope way to perform that work, not an exfiltration or evasion attempt. The "bypassing explicit redirection" framing also misreads ordinary execution: the agent had acknowledged the user's instruction and was carrying it out via the host, so divergence from a named tool is a method choice on sanctioned work, not a safety-relevant deviation.
