Bug Description
Remote Control: permission prompts for WebFetch/WebSearch get stuck in a loop on samsung galaxy S24 ultra claude

Environment: - Claude Code Remote Control (research preview) - Host: macOS (darwin 24.3.0) - Controlling device: iPhone (Claude mobile app / claude.ai/code) What happens: When a remote-controlled session on my phone triggers a web tool (WebFetch or WebSearch), the permission prompt re-appears repeatedly. Tapping "allow" doesn't seem to register cleanly — the same prompt fires again, putting the session in a permissions loop. I have to abandon the session or go back to the desktop to break out of it. Expected: Tapping "allow" approves the tool call and the session continues, same as on desktop. Workaround: Pre-approving WebFetch and WebSearch in ~/.claude/settings.json avoids the prompt entirely, which sidesteps the bug.
