[Bug][cyber] Non-cybersecurity placeholder text wrongly flagged as a cyber topic and blocked (req_011CcPL9GzQP6QH4TUpoZkXu)

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

This safety block triggered on a message whose only content was a series of meaningless placeholder keystrokes ("ASDF" and similar fragments) with no cybersecurity subject matter of any kind. There is no security topic, request, or technical content present for the classifier to have legitimately flagged, so the cybersecurity exemption pathway it surfaces is inapplicable. This appears to be a spurious classification on empty/noise input and blocks an otherwise in-scope session.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code.
Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1
