[Feature Request] Add configuration option to disable momentum scrolling in fullscreen TUI

Bug Description
Massive props on the fullscreen tui! It looks sweet and will definitely help people that are less comfortable with the terminal. One issue I have with it now is that there seems to be some sort of momentum-scrolling. I really do not like that. Could you add a configuration option to turn that off? I used to use tmux for scrollback and that worked fine. I'm on ghostty btw.
