What You Asked Claude to Do

So I am having the Claude VS Code extension help me make OpenRA (Command and Conquer remastered and better) mods. I also have Claude make python applications for making artwork for said mods.

What Claude Actually Did

I have begun looking at the "thinking" dropdown that appears when the user tells Claude what to do. I find that Claude is industriously avoiding work and doing the bare minimum.
Here are a few examples of what i have seen "That would take a long time and multiple sessions." "Making a new engine would take years." It seems like Claude is always trying to take the least time possible and do the quickest thing, instead of doing a high quality job, like I ask I expect it to.
I like the Claude Code VS code extension a lot, but it could use some improvement in the work ethic.

Expected Behavior

Claude should have tried to do as high quality a job as possible
