[Feature Request] Separate language settings for voice input and agent output

Bug Description
I'd be great to have separate settings for the language behaviour:

• One for voice input
• Another for the agent output

In my case I speak Spanish and it's more convenient to dictate whatever I need in Spanish but I prefer to have the agent answer back in english since it's the way I'm used to
