[FEATURE REQUEST] Claude Code should be restricted from running git commit and git push commands without explicit permission.

Make a strict rule that Claude Code cannot ever run git commit and git push commands without explicit permission.

I've been royally screwed several times and when I have told not to run git commit and git push, it still did!
