[BUG] "[Image pasted]" display when images are pasted from clipboard while typing in prompt

Environment

• [ ] AWS Bedrock
• Claude CLI version:0.2.61
• Operating System: macOS 15.3.2（24D81）
• Terminal: iTerm2

Bug Description

While typing text in the prompt, "[Image pasted]" message suddenly appears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code 0.2.61
2. Begin typing in the prompt area
3. Continue typing and observe the unexpected appearance of "[Image pasted]" text

Expected Behavior

No unexpected "[Image pasted]" message should appear during normal typing.

Actual Behavior

iTerm2 unexpectedly displays "[Image pasted]" text while typing in the prompt.

Additional Context

This issue occurs during normal text input in the prompt area.
