[BUG] Agent View: Name not always updating

What's Wrong?

When creating agents in the agents view particularly using /goal the agent session name doesn’t update or it uses the first message and remains unchanged.

It only updates when ready for review or completed.

What Should Happen?

When an agent is created, the name should update within a few seconds of work beginning so that users can remember which session is for what.

This should also ideally show on the status line bar.

Steps to Reproduce

Use /goal and ask agent to do something - it just shows /goal with the text of the message

This can also happen for other tasks without goal.

The only time the name gets updated is once completed or ready for review, this is annoying when spinning multiple at the same time and trying to figure out what they are doing.
