[FEATURE] Use the indexing IDEs have done on the project

Problem Statement

I actually don't know if its possible but when Claude wants to search about a usage of some method (or do somethings else that needs searching and reading files), it often uses commands like grep, but the IDE (vscode, android studio,... ) have done indexing on the files so searching in the files of this project be easier and faster via IDE tools , if Claude could use that indexing it may help it to answer and do better.
