Session deletion has no confirmation dialog

Deleting a session from the sidebar is a single click with no "Are you sure?" prompt and no undo. The underlying JSONL file remains on disk but the session disappears from the UI permanently. A confirmation dialog or brief undo window (e.g. 5s toast) would prevent accidental data loss.
