[Feature Request] Add real-time output streaming for long-running commands

Bug Description
Claude seems to default to running long commands and just piping the result, which means there's no output until it's completed. It should default to using tee or something so that we can still see the outputs and then it should also monitor those by default or have some sort of independent check to pull the results occasionally.
