What's Wrong?

Same issue on Pro. Weekly "All models" limit shows 67% used right after my expected reset, with zero messages sent in the new cycle. Current session correctly shows 0%.
Reproduced identically on claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Claude Code — so it's account-level usage tracking, not a single client's display bug.
The weekly bar shows "Resets in 3 hr 32 min", which doesn't match my account's normal weekly reset window — looks like the reset time shifted forward instead of crediting usage back to 0.

What Should Happen?

After my account's fixed weekly reset time passes, the "All models" weekly usage should reset to 0% and my full weekly allowance should be restored.
Instead, immediately after the expected reset and with zero messages sent in the new cycle, the weekly bar still shows 67% used. The usage was not credited back, and the reset timer appears to have shifted forward instead of triggering an actual reset.
Expected: weekly usage = 0% at the assigned reset time, full allowance available.

Actual: weekly usage stuck at 67%, no reset, no usage credited back. Identical across claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Claude Code.

Steps to Reproduce

Be on the Pro plan with weekly usage at/near 100% before the reset.
Wait until your account's fixed weekly reset time passes.
Open Settings → Usage without sending any new message in the new cycle.
Observe the "All models" weekly limit bar.

Result: Weekly usage shows 67% used instead of resetting to 0%. Current session correctly shows 0%. The weekly reset timer shows "Resets in 3 hr 32 min", which does not match the account's normal weekly reset window.
