What's Wrong?

Environment: Cursor on Windows 11 Home (10.0.26200). Claude Code 2.1.181.

Summary: While a Claude Code session is active in Cursor's integrated terminal, the terminal's hover scrollbar no longer appears and scrollback is unavailable. This worked during a Claude session until an update in roughly the last two weeks.

Confirmation it's CC: Exiting Claude Code immediately restores the hover scrollbar and scrollback. The behavior tracks exactly with CC being active vs. not Cursor itself is unchanged.

Repro: 1) Open Cursor integrated terminal. 2) Run claude. 3) Hover right edge / try to scroll back no scrollbar, no scrollback. 4) Exit Claude â^F^R scrollbar + scrollback return.

Actual: Both suppressed for the session duration (consistent with CC switching to / holding the alternate screen buffer).

What Should Happen?

Expected: Scrollback / hover-scrollbar remain available during a Claude session, as in the prior version.
