Bug Description

When running the original Claude Code on a Windows 10 system under Mac (via Boot Camp or Parallels), the terminal output above the input box scrolls upward in all environments (CMD, PowerShell, and VSCode terminal), as seen in the video. This is extremely [annoying!]
