[Feature Request] Persistent context/memory across chat sessions for long-running batch processes

Question

**Bug Description**
I would like to file a complaint about claude.ai. I wanted Opus to run an unattended batch process and communicated the entire plan to it, asking it to record everything. However, after the chat was cleared, it acted completely clueless. Even when I asked it to reload the markdown (.md) file, it remained in an 'amnesiac' state. This means all the previous work was completely lost. The efficiency is just too low!
