[Bug] Model performance degradation at midnight UTC

Bug Description
Model performance consistently degrades at midnight UTC. This has been ongoing for weeks if not longer.

Whatever you're doing at midnight UTC is wrecking model reliability.

I told Opus 4.6 to read an issue, and it suddenly jumped into committing a fix on my main branch without any user input. 20 minutes earlier the same "read this issue" prompt didn't do this on a similarly scoped small issue.
