[FEATURE] Enhance time for text to speech

Problem Statement

I use text to speech for all of my prompts, but this is the only tool I've used that cuts off the mic during transcription. Can this either be a toggle or just open the mic for an unlimited period of time? often times my prompts get cut off.

Proposed Solution

Just make the time unlimited for voice to text transcription
