Feature Request: Custom folders to organize conversations on the home page

Feature Request

Problem:
The home page currently only supports pinning conversations and automatic grouping by project directory. When you accumulate many conversations (as shown in a busy workflow), it becomes difficult to find and organize related sessions.

Proposed Solution:
Allow users to create custom folders/groups on the home page to organize conversations by topic, project phase, or any user-defined category — beyond just the automatic project-directory grouping.

Use Case:
Power users running many parallel conversations (PR reviews, investigations, debugging sessions, runbook creation, etc.) within the same project directory would benefit from being able to group related conversations together for easier navigation.

Current Workarounds:

  • Pinning important conversations (limited — everything pinned is in one flat list)
  • Relying on automatic project-directory grouping (not granular enough)
