[Bug] Output streaming not flushed before completion, causing delayed display of Claude's responses

Bug Description
Sometimes claude seems to take an overly long time to answer to a simple prompt (like 30 minutes or more) and when I cancel it by pressing ESC, it appears that the engine had actually computed an answer but claude-code had simply failed to display it. When I cancel, claude-code shows to me the answer that I rejected which had not been diplayed beforehand (like if a stream had not been flush or so in claude-code)
