What's Wrong?

I am logged in with the correct credentials, I have started a web session in the repo, I have started a web session following the link in the VSCode extension itself to "Start one as claude.ai/code"
Only local chats are available inside VSCode.

This has been reported multiple times and each time has been closed without resolution.
