[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Socket connection closed unexpectedly (ALL SESSIONS are failing)

Question

**Bug Description**
I am getting "API Error: The socket connection was closed unexpectedly. For more information, pass `verbose: true` in the second argument to fetch()". tried debugging from my side. howvere, failing. it is breaking on both team plan and max 20x please. kindly prioritise the request.

even safe mode is failing.
