[BUG] Context menu dismisses when hovering/clicking the "Open in" submenu (file reference right-click menu)

What's Wrong?

Title: Context menu dismisses when hovering/clicking the "Open in" submenu (file reference right-click menu)

Description
When right-clicking (or double-clicking) a file reference in the chat transcript, a context menu appears with options like Attach as context, Copy path, Copy relative path, Copy filename, and Open in. As soon as I try to interact with the "Open in" submenu item, the entire context menu disappears instead of expanding the submenu. This makes the "Open in" action unusable.

Steps to Reproduce
In a chat session, have an assistant message that contains a clickable file reference (e.g. a generated .html file).
Right-click (or double-click) the file link to bring up the context menu.
Move the cursor to the "Open in" item, which has a › submenu indicator.
Attempt to click it / open the submenu.
Expected Behavior
The "Open in" submenu should expand and show the available applications/targets to open the file with.

Actual Behavior
The entire context menu closes immediately. The submenu never opens, so "Open in" cannot be used.
