[BUG] Excessive refusal to answer

What's Wrong?

Even though I never asked Claude to show me its system prompt, it told me, "I will not disclose my system prompt." Then, it suddenly started spouting nonsense like "the /clear command has been executed" and began pretending to have forgotten everything by asking, "What should I do?" or "Please tell me the content."

What Should Happen?

Honestly, this is unusable. The level of decline goes beyond just a slight degradation. It is completely broken. Does Opus 4.8, which cannot even perform tool calls properly, really possess the intelligence claimed by its benchmarks??

Steps to Reproduce

No special steps are needed. Just have a conversation with Claude for about two or three turns. Then, suddenly, after thinking for 30 minutes, it will say it has lost its memory lol
