[Bug] Anthropic API Error: "Server is temporarily limiting requests" persists for 24h on Opus 4.8

Bug Description
I've been getting a "server is temporary limiting requests" for the last 24 hours. This is happening on multiple accounts makig work impossible. I'm using Opus 4.8. Nothing in my network configuration changed
