[Feature Request] Add content disclaimers and authoritative source verification for legal, financial, and health queries

Bug Description
Claude Code gave me an API error (can happen, no big issue). But for anything legal, financial, health-related I would really expect Claude (Code and other products too) to use the authorative source and flag in clear language to the user if that's not possible, ideally with next steps (even if that means manual labour). Thanks, Donald - otherwise really quite happy with Claude and Claude Code.
