Bug Description
ユーザーが発していない発言を、AIが幻視している。
その発言のログは軽く調べると存在するが、深く調べると存在しなくなる。
そしてその発言がユーザー自身の過去の別セッションの発言なのか、別アカウントユーザーの発言が混入しているのか判断がつかない(おそらく相当古い過去の自分の発言だとは思う)
