[Bug] Claude refusing legitimate medical/health content related to sexual wellness assessment

Bug Description
i'm working on a legitimate adult sexual-wellness content, cited and professional, and the research is being used for an online assessment to help build sexual intimacy. Why is this getting flagged for mythos? Opus 4.8 built the structure and I'm having all kinds of problems with it that I need mythos to help me fix. help! i'm not a terrorist, i'm a doctor trying to help people.
