[FEATURE] Allow /insights to include cloud sessions

Problem Statement

I generally use cloud because I bound between machines and containers. my /insights is empty despite thousands of hours of development requests from Claude Code.

Proposed Solution

Allow /insights to include cloud sessions. It's my understanding that those sessions exist at anthropic cloud and are tagged to me, but the / command doesn't have access to anything by my current container local folders.
