[Bug] Sonnet + Fable Advisor unavailable despite documented support

Bug Description
sonnet + fable advisor is not working, fable advisor unavaliable, but in official doc "code.claude.com/docs/en/advisor" you marked this pair as usable. Claude code version 2.1.175, Max x20 plan.
