[FEATURE] disable spell check in claude windows app

Problem Statement

Please add an option: Spell check enables / disabled.
I use Windows in English, use the Claude Windows App daily as a developer.
I ask my questions in Dutch, almost every word is underlined with a red line. Also as a developer you use terms and words (method names, class names, etc. etc.) that do not exist in any normal language.
So it would be realy nice to just have a button: Spell check OFF.
