[BUG] Why is it that every time I code using Claude Code via the Claude desktop app and connect via SSH, whenever I quit or restart my PC and try to resume the session, no message appears? Even though I’m resuming the session that’s in the sidebar.

What's Wrong?

Why is it that every time I code using Claude Code via the Claude desktop app and connect via SSH, whenever I quit or restart my PC and try to resume the session, no message appears? Even though I’m resuming the session that’s in the sidebar.

What Should Happen?

It should be able to resume the session, and the chat history shouldn't disappear. This is really annoying because the chat history can just vanish like this.
