[BUG] Cannot copy text in browser tab on Mac (safari and chrome)

What's Wrong?

Cannot copy text in browser tab on Mac (safari and chrome)- clipboard appears allowed in settings but copy is grayed out in edit menu and cmd + c does not add text to clipboard

What Should Happen?

fix the copying issue to allow copy in browser tab

1. have Claude produce a line of code or text in the jupyterhub browser tab
2. select text
3. try to copy it using any method
4. try to paste it anywhere using any method
