[BUG] Strange "human" message that I did not write

What's Wrong?

I typed ":)" after a task was completed
Text appeared in the assistant output area that you didn't type and didn't ask for
The content was coherent but wrong about your use case
In the conversation transcript it appeared as a Human turn, not assistant output

What Should Happen?

The agent was not able to tell me what happened here. I did not type the "human" message in the screenshot. it should not have appeared and i'm confused about where it could have come from. i definitely would NOT have asked this question (my quizzes are not online, and i don't want to give students pdfs).
