Marking conversation as completed does not clear "Needs input" indicator

What's Wrong?

When I mark a conversation as completed, the "Needs input" prompt remains visible.

What Should Happen?

Expected behavior: completing a conversation should remove the "Needs input" state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a conversation in Claude Code that shows "Needs input"
2. Mark the conversation as completed
3. Observe that the "Needs input" indicator remains visible
