[Feature Request] Allow security scanning tools for authorized webapp testing

Bug Description
I shouldn't be flagged trying to do a security scan on my own webapp, that's a raison d'etre for Fable; I get keeping it from hackers but I should be able to use it for shoring up applications. Thanks.
