Bug Report - looping subagents

Bug Description
When I've been using sub-agents, they seem to just sometimes loop 20, 30, 40 times. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to it. It seems to be any of the multiple sub-agents I've got in the environment.\

There also doesn't seem to be any pattern to the sort of tools they're trying to call.
