[Bug] Overly restrictive content policy blocks legitimate security review requests

Bug Description
I was trying to secure my python and TS microservice (I asked for a security review) and Fable decides i'm trying to do cybersecurity or biohazard work. All I was trying to do was use fable to help harden my application.
