[Bug] Model unexpectedly switches to Claude Opus 4 during execution mid-task. Should give option to stop task instead of switching models.

Bug Description
Fable switched too pus 4.8 for a completely normal query for checking my own apps security issues that I wanted hardened. I would rather the agent be trned off then for the model to be switched halfway through an execution
