[BUG] Deprecation Warning shown despite Model 4.6

What's Wrong?

The Claude Code header/status line displays "Opus 4" and shows a deprecation warning, even though the
model is correctly configured as claude-opus-4.6 and the model actually responding confirms it is
running claude-opus-4.6.

Environment:

• Claude Code version: 2.1.170
• OS: macOS (Darwin 25.5.0)
• Using Bedrock: Yes (CLAUDE_CODE_USE_BEDROCK=1)

What Should Happen?

No warning should be shown as 4.6 is not yet retired
