[Bug] Severe performance degradation: 30+ minute latency for simple tasks with minimal token usage

Question

**Bug Description**
I am not able to use Claude code in it's current state. It's taking 30+ minutes for it to do simple tasks. 30+ minutes and less than 1000 tokens used, what is going on?
