[FEATURE] adding real time usage monitor

Problem Statement

I often sell projects but i have to price many things and one of it is how much tokens did i use and the session time

Proposed Solution

The interface should contain a real time montior or atleast i can type /this-session and it gives a summary of session and models used and the effort and time and price and tokens and the percentage we used of context window
