[Feature Request] Add usage telemetry to distinguish legitimate security hardening from malicious intent

**Bug Description**
I am using fable 5/mythos for the explicit purpose of making the cybersecurity for my projects stronger. I am scared to release products or software of any kind publicly because of potential software attacks, so I really wish there was a way for you to determine what is actually people using fable 5 to make their cybersecurity work more intelligently vs people who are using it nefariously
