Bug Description
I am working on my personal open source project, performing completely legitimate software development tasks:

  • Splitting historical Git commits by module
  • Checking configuration files for sensitive items
  • Activating CI/CD pipelines

These normal development tasks were incorrectly blocked by the Cyber Safeguards system, flagged as "violative cyber content". There is no malicious or prohibited usage in my requests at all — this is a clear false positive.
