[Feature Request] Dynamic workflows should auto-select appropriate model instead of inheriting parent model

Bug Description
Dynamic workflow in ultracode enherits the parent model, Opus 4.8 / Fable 5, etc. It's not smart enough to downselect the model appropriate for the task. In this case, we spawn 219 Opus 4.8 agents and blew through my usage limits. Add some logic to dynamic workflows to evaluate the appropriate model for the task.
