What's Wrong?

Claude code proposes a "Runs in Anthropic cloud" specifically for my use case running a loop but when my laptop is powered off nothing happens.

What Should Happen?

Claude should be running while offline (as described).

Steps to Reproduce

1) submit a prompt to claude code to run a loop even when offline
2) claude will ask if you'd like it on their cloud server click yes
3) observe when desktop app is closed or device powered off
