What's Wrong?

After upgrading to macOS Tahoe and installing the Claude Desktop app (latest version), Claude Projects are not visible in Cowork — only Chats appear. Signing out and back in does not resolve the issue. Projects are fully accessible on claude.ai in the browser with the same account.

What Should Happen?

Projects created on claude.ai should appear in the Cowork sidebar, as they do when accessing claude.ai in a browser with the same account.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade Mac to macOS Tahoe
2. Install Claude Desktop app (latest version) and sign in
3. Open Cowork
4. Observe: only Chats are visible; Projects do not appear
5. Sign out and sign back in — issue persists
